About OGP

OGP (Optical Gaging Products) is a division of Quality Vision International Inc (QVI^®), a world-leading manufacturer of precision multisensor metrology systems for industrial quality control. Our metrology systems focus on measurement technologies that help manufacturers monitor dimensional compliance to design specifications.

First introduced in 1992, our famous OGP SmartScope^® product family has become one of the world’s most popular and versatile dimensional measurement systems. SmartScope systems are designed and produced at QVI corporate headquarters in Rochester, NY, USA. Today, OGP offerings have expanded to include shaft measurement systems and a line of innovative multisensor CMMs.

OGP Metrology Software

ZONE3

ZONE3 is a powerful, CAD-enabled, 3D metrology software application. With it, you can use a combination of the latest optical, laser, and touch probe technologies to measure parts quickly and accurately.

Measure-x

A powerful yet easy to learn 2D software, Measure-X has a range of different uses from fast walk-up measurements to complex GD&T analysis. Compatible with touch probes, laser, and rotary indexers, Measure-X is the ideal choice for general-purpose video and multisensory metrology.

Turncheck Software

TurnCheck software is fast and easy to program with a focus on what you want to measure rather than how to measure it. This software is available on our TurnCheck machines.
